A day of revenge…SSG bounces back with a ‘grand slam’ to regain the lead

SSG had suffered a bitter loss to LG the day before.

After taking the lead with a solo home run by Byun Woo-hyuk in the top of the fifth inning, KIA broke the tie in the bottom of the sixth with a home run by Hanwha’s Chae Eun-sung.

After Socrates’ two-run homer in the top of the eighth inning put them back in front, they added a run in the top of the ninth on Ryu Ji-hyuk’s RBI single.

In the bottom of the ninth, Hanwha’s Noh Si-hwan rallied with a solo shot, but the game ended with a 4-2 KIA victory 안전놀이터.

Samsung broke down Dusan in the top of the eighth inning.

Shaking up the mound and defense, they scored a whopping six runs to take the win.

NC ended a four-game losing streak in the ‘Nakdong River Derby’ with a 3-1 win over Lotte, while KT and Kiwoom’s matchup between Ko Young-pyo and Ahn Woo-jin ended in a 4-1 KT victory.
