The ‘lazy genius’ Dele Alli (27, Everton) is looking to make a comeback.
According to a report in the Mirror on July 7, Alli was one of the first to join the training ground as Everton’s players were still enjoying their vacation. Everton will play a friendly against Swiss side Nyon on July 15.
Alli returned to Everton early last season after a loan spell with Turkish side Besiktas. He underwent surgery on a hip injury that ended his season prematurely. Alli hasn’t played in over five months.
Everton’s new boss, Sean Dyche, said: “I’ve heard a lot of negative rumors about Alli. I haven’t trained with him yet, and I want to make sure he’s fit enough to play,” he said, adding that he’s willing to give him another chance.
Alli was hailed as a “genius” during his time at Tottenham, leading the attack alongside Son Heung-min. However, his form has been steadily declining since the 2019-20 season due to his disloyal attitude. His form didn’t improve after his move to Everton and he was dropped from the England national team 꽁머니지급.
Now that he’s back in the UK, Ali hasn’t stopped being a “voyeur,” posting photos of himself and his girlfriend enjoying a naked date in a hotel room.
